    Hi Aron,

    I will like a quote for HDB 4 Room resale (with aircon ledge, no existing aircon)

    Mitsubishi Starmex (5 ticks) System 4 for 3 rooms (9000 btu) and Living room (18000 btu).

    MXY-4G28VA / 3 x MSXY-FJ10VE/ MSXY-FJ18VE

    Please include GST, installation, Armaflex class 1 insulation, G22 copper pipe, warranty (parts and installation), additional trip (option).

    Dear Bro n Sis,
    Need some advice on 3D drawings.

    My ID gave us 3 drawings - kitchen, master bedroom and living room divider. ID says normally there is no drawing for bathroom vanity and mirror cabinets. He also say the drawings can only change once. Is this true? Should the 3D drawings include the floor and wall tiles colour and the kitchen / bathroom accessories that we selected with the ID? ID says 3D drawings only focus on the carpentry and did not include the stuff we selected.

    Our contract did not state number of drawings and revisions. Before signing, ID say can change 2-3 times and it is flexible.

    Any advice? How many revisions is normal?
