thnks! only simple simple reno haha.. my things all do half way half way leh hvn finish. reno hvn calculate the final quotation cos we plus minus some things, about 20k+++ ba, my electrical and aircon not included. i didnt remove the sliding door at the balcony remain as it is. shoe cabinet only did 7ft. hsh just nice to conceal the bomb shelter door and is swing door no tic tac cos hubb say tic tac spoils easily?? candyprincess, i will update again whtever is done then i post in my signature for u

For me i will cover up the bomb shelter door cos veri ugly. haha but mine only cover the bomb shelter door u can see the pic at my signature, i nv do feature wall along the whole stretch of wall. i love platform so i will also do platform. my living room i did platform too.

For me i did additional study room shelf and plank, redo the whole toilet for mbr and raised platform for living room to sit the sofa and coffee table. urs is good cos still gv u sys4 aircon and include doing window at balcony and service balcony. my quot didnt include doing windows and aircon i need to get window contractors to do them.

the floor is not homo is ceramic tiles from hdb. 22.5k so good leh still got aircon leh good deal =P

for me and hubby, we don like wiring, water piping and aircon trunkings. so whatever we do we will consider if all these can be seen or not if can we will sure try to box up whatever we can. haha... same lo after reno blackapple become driedapple...

oh.. if u feel u really don need so much cabinet u can do what the pic shows i personally feel it's vv nice leh i quite like it.
