    Hi need some advice of quotation from ID:

    New 5 room premium HDB - 113 m2

    - Silver aluminum Window grille whole unit + service yard sliding window with  3 way sliding track = $1750 

    - hack approx 3f as new entrance to kitchen - $650

    - make good after hacking at new entrance - $400

    - cement screed part of kitchen wall area - $650

    - kitchen countertop Lian Hin Quartz - $ 120/pfr 

    - kitchen top and bottom cabinet with soft closing doors - $ 150/pfr 

    - wardrobe - $280/pfr

    - full height shoes cabinet with one open shelf in the middle - $ 320/pfr

    - Korean branded wall paper $450/ roll and $1000 for 3 rolls can cover about 2 rooms as per ID

    - false ceiling for whole house except for  the 2 common rooms - $2500

    - 10 mm frameless tempered glass shower screen in bathroom -$600

    are the quotations reasonable?

    What and how can I bargain with ID? :)
