    Hi all.. Going to get my BTO flat very soon.. Planning to apply renovation loans. Will the bank reject my loan application if i have outstanding amounts to settle on credit cards? I used to pay my bills( Above min payment) on time for each month.. Just getting worried..Please advice.. TIA
