    Have anyone noticed the new ERP that is going to be implemented at Commonwealth Ave and Queensway from Nov 2008?

    As I am working along Leng Kee road, and my wife got to fetch her friends from tiong bahru every morning... time to pay more $$$$ to the garment liao !!

    Sigh, it's just gonna get worse! Think LTA gonna install another 30 new ERP gantries or something? Maybe we shd all work together and set up a Tanglin xxx Pte Ltd to work from home, so no need to drive to work le! :dancingqueen:

    Thing will get worse for the next couple of years.....

    well thats my vote too (check out my surename)...

    btw, i am really not too much into caterred buffet, some time the 'zhee cha' downstairs are even cheaper and better than the catered stuff..

    But the question is: who is going down to buy and 'da bao' those stuff.. i belief we cannot just let the chairman do all by himself... volunteers? if no volunteers then cater lor..

    (paisey, better dun speak too much just in case i cannot make it myself ;) )

    Now, let's discuss on the food items; besides the yu sheng (must have!), what else you guys want?? BTW oda what will you be whipping up for us ah?

    Money-collection will begin from 4th Feb'08 onwards, for those 'pan-tang' ones who do not want to owe over CNY. Details TBA...

    Please try to give us in advance instead of on the day itself, so as to allow some cashflow for catering/buying of food.

    My wife will be in too....

    I anything also can... potluck, buffet... i think all have work on fri... so buffet will be hassle free for everyone... hehehe...

    Or HDB application should have tick boxs for applicant to decalre whether their family have smokers or not..

    Then segment non smoker level and smoker level

    ohh heeh i saw ur blog,ur shoe cabinet v v nice..ur wardrobe is nice too. is that all sliding door?

    the big mirror mixed with the white laminate is so nice.. :deal:

    oh ya, no la, my carpenter says not advisable to use "glass" on swing door.. he suggest my sliding door do frosted glass, the swing door do all laminate. but i was thinking if like that will be abit weird..

    so i just do all laminate (the sliding and swing)

    ya i also agree that glass is more costly..the carpenter will incur more cost..u r right also hehe

    hehe.. my wardrobe all use glass sliding door, the white colour potion are glass coated with white at the back.. actually i wanted frost glass but frost glass have a blurrish look of inside (my wardrobe super messy, so better cannot see...) :dunno:

    Some little comment if you dun mind...

    The carpenter say not advisable is it becoz of costs or they dunno how to do...

    Some of them like to use not advisable to do becoz they dun wan to do it coz the cost is higher and more work need to do....

    If you visit my t-blog, you will see my wardrobe similar to yours... but i have three piece of sliding door, two of them are opaque white and one is mirror...

    my two cent comments... btw the carpenter is still nicely done... :dunno:

    Reallly hope that TC will wash my level (<20) soon as since November till now still have not seen any washing done. Do think that every month pay CCS to Town Council :-(

    I have to do own washing as the floor area is getting more and more dirty as washing not done for 2 months already. The schedule on the notice board really mislead.

    they have wash my level yesterday afternoon... my level (<20). very clean liao

    yeah.. i decided against getting the granite table...

    i rather get a ps3! :unsure:

    mostly going for the Ikea table...

    for those interested to know about the granite table... its from www.weloveair.com called Kaiser.

    My recomendation is to get glass or wood dining table.. easy to maintain.. for mi glass is the best..

    got any stain create when you having your meal can be remove easily hasle free..

    Just my two cent idea..

    Yep, fully agree that May is very friendly and pleasant. We visited the Jalan Kilang branch 5 times before finally deciding to place our order. Each time, we were served by May. She was very patience with us, absolutely no pressure at all on us to buy.

    Our sofa will be delivered this coming thur, really cannot wait for it to come. :sport-smiley-018:

    Yeah fully argee, we just order a set of sofa frm massimmo too... May serve us.. she is very patient and professional in her service...
