Hi everyone, I have been doing some research about aircon and got my aircon installed. I am sketical about their installation skill after I saw my copper pipe being exposed. The installer from g**n ***y assure me thats it's fine to have the copper wire exposed, since I am no expert in this, i can only take his words. A month later, I realised my insulation pipe for the aircon is peeling and chipping off like the attached image. It brings me to 2 conclusion, armacell's insulation pipe is of bad quality or the installer used fake armacell insulation pipe. Anyone has similar experience?
