    huh.. but all the IDs and contractors i asked all told me CANNOT! so i also **** sian...

    oh.. after much struggle.. we decided to combine the 2 toilets upstairs into one. Cos i really cannot tahan small MBR toilet, i want my bathtub!!!!!

    yeah.... i remembered the few IDs telling me the same stuff; cannot shift the wc :jawdrop:

    hopefully balance items still within my budget...major are the lightings and sink and hoob & hob..

    i know lah....roy is not so bias lah......me "zhi ye bing"....everything must do in advance and turn out sui sui mah....so i just go ahead and see and buy what i need lor....now in the midst of reno...see we still "shake leg" and play mahjong leh.....

    can pm me your unit number? today i passed by your block but your kitchen windows all closed up leh...so now not too sure which unit....

    Hi ger.. yup.. we like very guai... Ah roy bought us go where .. we buy.. like summer hardware.. every single toilet accessories... only except for mirror we din buy from there cos din like the design.. end up bought at sim siang jun.. then go pantech.. (yup).. its roy recommendations... he say another one is at belastier there (but a bit exp) so we only buy at pan tech...

    Btw.. how is virgo? din see her taging in my blog wor... wonder how is her progress?...

    miss me? didn't really get the chance to log on mah....

    my new home i think in a big mess....so didnt bother to make a trip up....maybe nearer to end up once the tiling work done and some cleanup from roy's side, then i will go up and take pictures......

    i bought all my stuff from summer too....hope we dun end up having the same sanitary wares from them... :notti:

    eh...when are you going up to your new home this week....maybe me and babytan can meet you at your new place...first to visit ur new home officially.... :dancingqueen:

    btw been thru the ceremony this morning..in office now and super shack..smelled like "walking incense stick" too as burn joss papers in the house...clothings all kana :( cant wait to go home and bath!!

    reno will take 6 weeks..

    virgo--> we goin to summer marketing this sat with roy, you wan to go? if got time, i wan to go to 168 and see see..

    eh...roy so bias lor....also never bring me go summer and lighting shop....all we go on our own leh....

    we have already changed and confirm our order with summer and 168 trading...so need not go lor....now left pending are my furnitures with life story.....fingers crossed...nothing happen....shipment supposed to come in month end!!!! :jawdrop:

    me will drop by your new place and see see look tis fri lah (will they start tiling by then???)....today no point making a trip there since it is just hacking job....

    i like your kitchen!!!!!

    that is my dream kitchen,....but, doubt i will hv a chance to do that,......cos had my fengshui inspected on saturday,...and it turned out alot of things cannot do.... :(

    now, my reno has to cut alot and it's at ard 15k.....(help me save lots of $...hehe)

    good good good...then u can save $ and ur hubby will be the happiest person, right? cos u mentioned he budget reno no more than $20k.....

    as for us, we are not into all this fengshui and i dun even wish to hear from people around me...so we have no restriction...... :dancingqueen: of cos the bad thing is we will end up spending more $$$$

    I just chose tiles yesterday. Cant wait for 20th to collect keys. :sport-smiley-004: Roy also say hacking will begin on 26th n they are already doing the 3D. I never push him for 3D n he start on it already. Not bad :good:

    my reno going on well....although it is a little behind schedule on the tiling work, but i know roy is rushing other jobs to be done...most importantly, he is still able to hand over mid June...

    no need to envy lah....3Ds drawing always look much bigger.....

    swee swee leh..like your kitchen the most..

    the red on MBR feature wall is nice :dribble: go for this instead of the purple la..

    i like but cannot have red colour leh

    no lah...dun want to go for red leh....anyway, Max actually tried to change the 3D drawing to purple, not red... :unsure:

    basic layout are as above...but all colours are not as per what we have selected..cos 3Ds drawings are out before we select the materials and colours.......but i am not particular with the 3Ds cos I am more fussy with the workmanship.....

    wow,..progressing fast!

    i am now looking forward to commencing my reno,...but, still cannot go ahead until HDB rectify the water leakage problem from the unit upstairs lor.

    great great,...then i can make arrange with Roy to view your unit....keke ;)

    Roy schedule to handover mid June 2008....but now in a big mess...so i didn't bother to take pictures....with the reno ongoing, it makes the whole place so small :(

    i am in the midst of uploading my 3Ds pictures..BE ON THE WATCHOUT :dancingqueen:

    how's the progress of your hse reno?

    Tiling work will complete by next Tuesday! Now they are in the midst of doing plastering...and yesterday had a long discussion with our ID till from 7+ till 12 midnite to discuss on the final details; like layout and selection of materials for the carpentary work.....

    next week, they will be doing the cornies, painting and air-con work...followed by fixing up the lightings....

    yes.. i like yr stairways

    look so angmo chu

    no lah....the stairs look great from far...i left the stairs railing intact cos it is gonna cause me a big bomb ($6k) to change it.....

    My reno will most prob complete by next week i hope.. cos i have told roy that i need to go back K.L during the last week of this month to visit my granny... so he must if possible hand over with a touch up done before i leave...

    if you want, can come maybe next week and take a look at the carpentry work? cos roy mention if this fri cant finish,, sat sun and mon out... tue shaould be ready.. ask him to bring you come over and see see look look?.. :yamseng:

    ok...tmr me am meeting him for further discussion...will check if he wants to bring me along....he says see my fierce face very sianz leh....
