sorry leh virgo2829. i dunno how to. moreover i din even snap a single photo of our reno. ya btw, you need to bypass the jurong polyclinic to your blk?hi chronograph, my quote was dated late Dec and early Jan this year. now this ID guy claim he botang (din earn la) and i believe so as everything goes up in the market...... the place is quite messy at present. we only went over in the weekend. dunno the work progress as at today. we totally leave it to our ID. tiling work is done and workmanship is quite good. we are quite satisfied with it. btw, do you have afternoon sun at your balcony? let me guess ah, is yours at corner unit 12th floor?

i bought lightings for the whole house from 168 Trading; including 3 ceiling fans and the total bill comes up to $2.4k....

was looking at Em in the west....wanted to view ur unit one sat..called up that agent, but he say sold already...then i went to view another unit behind the polyclinic on the 12th floor, put it as 2nd choice...but eventually din offer as we decided first preference would still be clementi/west coast, which is much nearer to my mum...so there goes my EM....
mine is the unit behind the polyclinic; on the 12 th floor.....

Ya it's man's egoistic nature at work...Somehow I agree with this lor....women have a much higher tolerance level than men...and for the sake of family, they can be willing to turn a blind eye to the infidelity.
I'm not sure if I can be like them if one day my hubby decides to go to the playground outside
i totally agree with you......i give my hubby the 100% trust...he can go out and chiong with his friends without getting any approval from me....
but for now, i will not tolerate if i start to find out he is not faithful to me.....

me also waiting patiently for my 3D drawings....he is currently very busy with the few projects that he has to handover in may and thereafter he can concentrate on our projects...so wait lor....
fyi, i am using my mobile to take the reno pictures....hopefully, they have started laying the floor tiles this 2 days......
me will go up and take a look tmr....join me if u r free.....i would say the workmanship of laying of the wall tiles are quite good.....

think i can start my reno more or less on 20th may cos 15 then get the keys..had asked roy to go and apply the permit for hacking liao..hopefully everything be fine..
btw, are you going to conceal the pipes in the toilets??

a relative who had been following a fengshui master for years came to my house last week. he commented that the curving walkway to my living room and to the bedrooms represent having "naughty" kids next time. at first thought ok la, kids naughty = lively mah. but his expression seems to mean that its not those simple type of naughty, could mean rebellious kind of naughty.
that time steven mentioned that he will flatten the curving part at no extra cost but my hubby thought curve will be better in terms of fengshui. now that our renovation has completed, don't know if steven will charge us if we ask him to flatten it for us. so scared to ask him also...

since u know it, then it is better to change it, or else u will not feel good living in it.....

wat we did was....we compared the prices outside and get the best offer...then we go back to gain city and see if they can match....
ended up, our 2 sets of tv, fridge, washer cum dryer, we bought from gain city in imm....

we share share blog lah....today i went up, they have started tiling the 3 toilets wall tiles but not complete....thank God the black tiles didnt turn out to make the toilet smaller....
