    I have received the same SMS from this Gary. I guess police and CASE is not going to work. Police advised to submit for small claims tribunal.

    I am also one of the victims. I am making a police report. The person who is named Gary Chia is uncontactable. It will be good we all can make a claim together. I bought a sofa for $1988 and paid a deposit for $788. I will follow up with the complaint to CASE.
