Hi all, My home ceiling is experiencing peeling. I would like to re-skim / re-plaster my home ceiling. Any good contractor with reasonable prices to recommend ? Anyway, how much will it cost roughly to just re skim or re plaster ceiling, for a 3 room Thanks !
