I have a plan to renovate my home. It would be really helpful if I get any loan to make this. But I don't whether it is possible. I have heard about mortgage brokers like Butler Mortgage (https://www.butlermortgage.ca). Is it possible to make this happen through such agents? Or Can I get this through some private money lenders?
