    Hi All, Just bought a 3 room flat (upgraded, 65 m2) at Holland. Original condition, hence, need to do up the whole house. Running on a tight budget, need the following: Hacking of all tiles. Laying of all tiles. Rewiring of electrical points. Plastering of wall and ceiling. New windows frames. Aircon. Plumbering. Feature wall for TV. Kitchen cabinets. Painting. Able to do the above within 15k? Thanks and any recommendation for contractors.
