We enlisted Flipwire for our new 5 room HDB project. Project time line given by Flipwire was 10 weeks but the actual handover took 15 weeks. Apart from not being able to complete the renovation within the stipulated timeframe, other major issues include: 1. Blocking of the main floor trap in our common toilet while administering wetworks, tiling and carpentry. 2. After moving in for more than a month, we realise there is cement choke in the toilet paip. They refused to rectify the issue. We have to engage 3rd party plumber to fix the problem and there is additional cost incurred.
