Hi Amy, We also went to renodeals on 8th oct. Bought some items from them including 2 x WCs. The items were delivered on 13 oct. One of the WCs was found with water and serious crack. We discovered this on 17th oct when our contractor was about to install the bathroom accessories. We feedback to them and they insist on us paying $80 for a new WC as we did not highlight this on 13th oct. The 2nd replacement WC was sent on 21 oct, also with defect (crack) at the water tank area. (with 2 QC Passed) stamped on it. We refused this delivery and tell the shop to waive the charge of $80 and send us a new WC which they flatly refused.Very bad after service! Homeowners need to beware of this
