I am facing LATE delivery issue. The order or sofas has been placed 9 weeks ago which committed will send my 4 weeks after payment is done. After several calls and arguing to the sales then they promised to send me by coming week. It's really poor customer service I have experienced in Singapore I have to say. May I know I should ask for the compensation fee for long waiting? It is really a bad experience of buying things in this shops!
