new BTO flat.Live for 2 mthskitchen begin to flood with water.Long story short, we found the water leakage after kitchen cabinets were dismanteled, & wall hacked- metal water pipe leaking at 2 areas of the kitchen (near ceiling).What recourse can we get from HDB?- fees for find the leak by interior contractors (hacking & removing the kitcjen cabinet)- fees to patch back wall & re tiling- fees for new kitchen cabinet- taking time-off from work- taking leave from work- what can we claim for the inconvenience?what else?
