    Hi, you can try out this directory of pest control companies in Singapore, call up several of them and ask for solutions. They reviews from previous customers there. 

    Few tips I recommend before hiring a pest control professionals in Singapore, ask them and find out about:

    1. Credibility and years of experience
    2. Warranty - if pest problems comes back again, do they provide warranty to eliminate the problem again?
    3. License and quality standard
    4. Is their insecticides and baits safe to use especially for homes with children (babies) and pets?
    5. What if I’m unhappy with the end result?

    Hi, you may want to compare these movers and read reviews from previous customers. 

    Local movers in Singapore
    International movers in Singapore

    At least compare a few and get informed decision before choosing one. There was a case where a customer could have done the moving in 3 trips ($600-$750) but was charged $1050 because they bill by hours.. 

    Note and ask beforehand how these companies charges (such as by per hour or by trip basis) to prevent getting ripped off.

    Hi all, just want to bring up this thread so more people can see it. It seem that many users have pleasant/unpleasant experiences with different or the same movers. 

    This site allows you to compare movers in Singapore as well as rate the movers. If you have had unpleasant experience, you can post it there. Some of the movers already have ratings and reviews, so in case you are hiring you can compare a few of them first.

    My advice is before engaging any movers, please at least compare 2-3 quotations. Some charge by per hour basis, others charge by per trip or by the size of lorry. Hourly means they are able to do things slowly (and you paying more), so be careful of these little tricks.

    Seeing so many contradicting reviews on home movers (as well as complaints), I think many of us didn't do the due diligence before hiring these movers.

    Hi all, Im reading the thread and it seem like we have many questions surrounding termites.. Best is that if you suspect your house got termites, please take photo of the signs of possible termite infestation and ask a few professionals. They should be able to give you some advice.

    Most common sign of termite infestation is discarded wings or faeces (that looks powdery), I have attached an image here to help.
