everything was good at the shop. DELIVERY WAS A NIGHTMARE. I created an account here just to warn people!!!
WE TOOK A DAY OFF AND SAT IN AN EMPTY HOUSE SINCE 9am. It finally came at 11PM AFTER CALLING 3 PARTIES SINCE 5PM. NOBODY COULD CARES.
CALLED the sales girl and she said there is nothing they can do because delivery was outsourced. Delivery company said they are reaching and ask us to wait for them but they never show up. When we called, they said they need an hour again. We called the 'boss' of the delivery company. Some thing, he promised his team would reach at 9pm. They didnt come. Some delay somewhere. WE CALLED SUPPOSEDLY SUPERVISOR of ROSSINI, IRENE.
SHE APOLOGIZED AND SAID SHE CROSSING THE CAUSEWAY TO FIX THE PROBLEM. SHE NEVER CAME. ANOTHER EXCUSE WAS GIVEN. We only waited because she said she have to pay for GST to enter Singapore again, if we refused to receive the delivery. She said she earns less than SGD 100 a day and the GST would be a few hundred SGD because we bought a few thousand RM of furniture.
THEN SECOND INCIDENT
We had to return sofa cover as it looked like used, furring, stains and torn on some parts. They promised free delivery and replacement of the cover. AGAIN DELIVERY SCREW UP. CALLED US AT 3PM, TOLD US THAT THEY WERE DELIVERING ON THAT DAY AT 8PM. Complained to sales girl, she just brushed it off. SHE WAS INFORMED THE DAY BEFORE OF THE DELIVERY BUT NEVER TOLD US.
DELIVERY COMPANY is called ICHIBAN PLS AVOID THEM!!!!
