Hi! Am new here. I would just like to know when doing renovation, do you usually stick to one ID only? Or 2 IDs, lets say if one ID quotes a better price than the other ID for some parts of the renovation works you need. Or maybe if you know that one ID has more experience (or better design/plan?) for some parts of the renovation works needed? I am currently searching and getting quotes from several IDs and its quite difficult to choose one. Hope I get some advise from your experiences! Thanks.
