Just wanted to share my negative experience with ALLBEST aircon, bought a sharp eco inverter 4 year ago. Extended warranty by ALLBEST.. total 5 years of warranty, aircon failed after about 4 year, check and told by ALLBEST staff that the circuit board spoilt, suggested that model too old and part nolonger available... suggested to buy new aircon, but after i insisted that it is still covered by the extended warranty.. staff reluntantly and replied rudely to wait at least 3 month for them to look for the spoilt part.. when requested to speak to manager, was told no matter who you speak to outcome is the same. When i look up the internet on feedback about ALLBEST aircon and saw other feedbacks suggested even worst experiences with ALLBEST aircon when come to servicing and repair by the company. I wonder if this is reasonable to have to wait for 3 month or more to repair the aircon or replace the part given that getting the part imported into singapore from anywhere in the world shouldn't need 3 month!!
