hi guys, feel much better after what you all have said. for a moment, nearly regret my decision on getting the flat, as my unit is right in front of mrt and low floor!

what are good buys? i need to get thick curtains too..mine is on the 3rd floor, facing mrt somemore. i am thinking of renting out the whole house (legally, due to both overseas), wondering hw much can it fetch per month?? anyone has any idea?

considering the 42inches Samsung plasma TV. around 2k+? Isit too big for our living room? advises pls! we just filed for our rom yest! will be in july, hope in time for keys collection! anyone else rom-ing?? btw, for quotations, what should we look out for? for example, hidden costs? W/o viewing the house itself, how do you take note of things such as beams?

hehe...no worries... bo lehz....i intend go ID get ideas then go contractor and do... save money ahz... I got a reliable contractor, who my family has been using for many years. think most prob will go back to him to do..cos his wrkmanship gd.

combine gross salary for the past 2 financial years cannot hit 4k per month, not including bonus and varible allowances..subjected to approval also....

so 2nd appt is just to sign lease only or sign plus collect keys also? Cos from what I know for balloting, 2nd appt is sign and collect keys already??? only BTO then sign lease 1st.... Advice pls! Taking keys now is like soooo fast! my HLE and AHG also not approved yet.... zzzz
