My new home is 710 sq ft condo (1bed room + 1 study + 1 toilet), 5 years condo. The recommended electrician from my ID quoted 5k but I find it too expensive. I check online but I can't find much information regarding electrical works for condo.
- In Singapore, there may be instances where you will need rewiring or install new wirings, such as a kitchen or home renovation projects. A typical HDB rewiring cost for the type of housing are: 3-room flat: $1000 -$2000. 4-room flat: $1500-$2500.
