I think Mit inverter aircon are still quite affordable...

I outsourced my electrician and painting... did not use ID's....
I rewired the whole house in the end so overall cheaper than from ID....

hmm... accordingly to Miker, it is cheaper cos my kitchen very long lar... so the cost to tile up the whole area is more expensive....
Also, I still have the concrete support... hehe... just that I request that he uses the cabinets to cover it up......
I told him... want concrete support but must be cannot be seen....
hehe.... My parents and in laws say better... at least more secure mar... which I tend to agree....
Btw, Miker told me that my house should be almost ready by end of next week... happy.....

I had entertained the idea of hacking away my storeroom at first to build a bigger WIW....
In the end, decide not to.... after talking to my parents... cannot imagine... have not moved in but my storeroom already got "booked" to put alot of things.....
So my stand... storeroom is a sure thing to have at home... even for young couples like us... You never know what you need to put... and after kids come into the picture... More things to store... haha

I did not take the electric and painting for my 5A unit from my ID
In the end, I rewired my resale flat and paint my flat at 4k... Points included... Maybe I do not have alot of points?
If you are keen, let me know and I can recommend my electrician to you....

mmm well as long as he keeps to it I guess 3 weeks isn't too long ba. better not rush them in case workmanship no good.I just realised... you, your parents and your in laws all under one roof!! Coool!
Hehe... we bought a flat with 4 rooms for this reason mar....
One for my parents, one for his parents and one for our children if we have any.... then of course, one for ourselves.... hehe....

Well.... I also not sure but guess that its okay to let him do his work in peace.... haha....

My ID is Miker lor.... he also lor... didnt tell me when can be done till my hubby keep pushing him for a guage date.... then he called me on thur to tell me that he needs another 3 weeks starting from next week.... haha.....
Too late for sales wor.... In fact, we bought most of our furnitures le... but all cannot deliver.... coz waiting and waiting after the acid wash.... haha.....

I insisted on removing the door frame although my ID told me that it will probably affect my floor tiles so unless I have spare for him to replace those affected....
