My husband and I recently felt it was time to move on from our Tempurpedic (memory foam) after 5-6 years. The foam had cracked and was really hot to sleep on. A friend of ours told us to check out a new brand called Noa Sleep (www.noasleep.com) which we did. We were unsure about purchasing online, but everything about the processturned out great. The Noa support team was excellent, unbelievable really. Rachel was amazing. I must have spoken to her 3-4 times. Our delivery on a Friday night was a little late but the third-party transporter was friendly and professional. The bed is probably considered medium firm which is nice and plush. I loved the 100 night trial idea... When I learned about this, I found a U.S. brand called Casper. But after further research, I noticed that many of the mattress in a box brands only sell foam only (like my Tempur). Noa has a hybrid with latex and pocket springs which is exactly what we wanted but couldn't find at the big 3 (Serta / Simmons / Sealy and Kingkoil) for a reasonable price. Trying the mattress at home (while watching Netflix and actually sleeping on it is really the way to go). I can't see myself every buying a mattress in a shop by trying it for a few minutes.I really like the Noa mattress and my husband and I really love to team there. I would recommend it to friends and family. Wishing Noa success in Singapore.
