mood 0 Report post Posted September 3, 2008 Do you think it is fair to ask the contractor to replace our old paquet with a new one if there is a termites infestaion? The contractor had not done a proper water proofing on the balcony causes water leaking from the ceiling and wet the paquet flooring below.
