Id Or Contractors Who Are Radac Members

Hi All

I am wondering if choosing an ID/ Contractor from the RADAC list would be a better choice in terms of reliability in products and services and value for money? Or it doesn't really matter? Likewise if an ID/ Contractor has been receiving good feedback but is not on the RADAC list, is it ok to engage them?

I would appreciate any comments/ experience sharing. Tks

In terms of accreditation, as long as they have HDB licence its good enough for me.

The most impt thing in choosing an ID is whether I can click well with the liaison person.
