Looking For Freelance Designer

Hi, anyone doing freelance designing? I can produce the 2D layout plan in Autocad of what I want to do and your job is to look into the detail and match the colour/pattern etc and give me the 3D picture.

Would like to find out the charges and if acceptable I will need this services. It's for my new HDB EA flat at Pasir Ris Area.

will it be alot cheaper if we were to diy our own renovations? and how can we find the workers to help us carry out the job. pls advice thx
