3rm Renovation

Hi,

I have bought a 3rm unit in AMK and would be getting the key very soon, wanna do some simple renovation, but have no idea how much this would cost. It would be great if anyone can let me know how much it would cost for the below things

1 x Ceiling Fan with Light (for living room)

4 x 4ft Tube light

2 x Toilet Seat Cover

2 x mirror + shelf (for Toilets)

Stainless Steel Flat Dustbin

2 Tone painting (2 x rooms, living room)

1 Tone painting (kitchen ceiling)

4 x door varnish

Stainless steel sink with tap

Chemical wash (Kitchen, living room and 2 x rooms flooring)

Washing of all windows, toilets and kitchen cabinet)

Running of cables, additional 4 x powerpoints and switches

Installation of fans, tube lights, fancy light, dustbin and sink

Scubing and chemical clean of Stove and Cooker hood

Installation of 3 x Curtain Rod
