Hi all,

I have engaged a contractor to do up my 5 room unit @ jurong west. It's a complete overhaul so just wanna hear from you guys what is a resonable price for the lists of things stated below.

General/Misc works

1a) To demolish wall,door,door frame of the store room

b) to dismantle existing floor tiles in the kitchen

c) To dismantle existing cabinet in the kitchen

d) To dismantle existing wardroke in the master bedroom

e) To dismantle existing simple cornice in the living room

f) To dismantle existing skirting in the 4 rooms

g) To dismantle existing floor tiles in the living/dining room and balcony

2) To construct a feature wall in the living room

3) To Provide labour for haulage service and clearing of debris/General cleaning/HDB permit

4) To use gypsum board to construct a partition wall each in the study room and balcony room

5) To supply and install 3 aluminium door frames

6) To supply and install 6*wooden doors including level locks and stoppers

7) To use gypsum board to construct a partition wall in the kitchen

8) To supply and install 10mm clear tempered glass sliding door for kitchen entrance

Kitchen

9a) To cement screed existing wall tiles at kitchen and apply 2 coats of oil sealer,excluding the kitchen cabinet area

b) Water proofing work for kitchen floor

c) To construct a base for the kitchen cabinet

d) Inlet and outlet pipes for the sink and washing machine

e) To supply and install floor tiles in the kitchen( $2.6 psf)

f) To construct 10ft lower and 10ft upper unit kitchen cabinet complete with solid surface top

Service Balcony

10) To cement screed existing wall tiles in service balcony

b) To supply and overlay Floor tiles

c) To use hollow block or waterproof board to seal existing door entrance between common toilet and service yard

2 Toilets

11a) To supply and overlay wall tiles for 2 toilets ($2.2 psf)

b) To supply and overlay floor tiles for 2 toilets ($2.6 psf)

c) LAbour to install toilet bowl,basin and heater ( Materials to be supplied by owner)

d) To construct kerb for both toilets's shower area

e) To supply and install stainless steel water ppipe for kitchen and 2 toilets

f) To supply and install aluminium frames with acrylic panel bifold doors for both toilet's entrance

g) To construct a vanity basin cabinet complete with soild surface worktop

h) To supply and install 1 tempered glass panel with swing door for masterbedroom toilet

Flooring/ceiling works/painting

12a) To supply and install 60*60cm homo floor tiles for living,dining and balcony

b) To supply and install robina laminate woods for 4 bedrooms

C) To supply and install false ceiling for living room,dining and corridor area

d) To supply and install L-Shaped false ceiling with light box in masterbedroom

e) To use ICT MAxlite emulsion paint to paint the walls and ceiling in the house

f) To use ICI gloss finishing paint to repaint the door frame,main door and piping in the house
