We are looking for a good and reliable builder/ID person (one-stop shop) to help us with the make-over /A&A of our home, an old terrace house. Has anyone used them before? If so, what was the experience like? Quality / price comments? Really appreciate it.

I've seen their work. Quite nice. But when I approached them for a quote, it was 3 times more than what my eventual contractor quoted. Mine was an A&A too for a terrace.
