Many shops selling taps/bathroom accs sell dish racks..... try those along Jalan Geylang.... I have seen many (sorry - cannot recall the shops' names)

Any shape/style preference? Price range?

You can try

- Songcho @ IMM, plaza singapura etc (expensive but lasting)

- Homefix

- Shops that sell kitchen & bathroom accessories along Balestier or Geylang Road

- Howard Storage @ Parkway, Pavillion etc

That's all I know.

I will also be getting a dish rack to place on counter.
