Need Advice On Quotation

Hi all,

I would be really grateful if someone could help me look through my quotation for my house. It's seems really minimal to me but I think my contractor (who is a relative) seems to be overcharging me. Please correct me if i'm mistaken.

All labour and materials are inclusive in the price stated.

1. capentry works (23f):

a) TV cabinet

b) Full length cabinet

c) 2 no.s of shelving with mirror backing $5060

2. mirror at Dining room $820

3. 1 no. of 5ft TV console at MasterBedrm $750

4. 1 no. of bay window cushion at MasterBedrm $650 (This is the most eye-popping price I saw... I couldn't believe a CUSHION cost $650?!! I can buy another sofa.. is it really SO expensive?!!!)

5. 1 no. of wall hung cabinet at Master Bedroom bathroom $300

6. 1 no. of dressing table and mirror at Master Bedroom $700

7. 1 no. of bay window cushion at Bedroom 2 $320

8. paint whole house with emulsion paint. $1050

9. install wrought iron gate. $650

10. powder coating aluminium casement window at service balcony $280

11. powder coating aluminium sliding grilles for whole house $1338

12. light holder at 3 bedrooms and living/dining room $1488

13. service existing aircon system $200

14. a)double point (concealed) @ $75

b) intermed point @ $30

c) Light point @ $40

d) light fixture @ $10

Total damage = approx. $16K
