Can anyone help me point out what is the minimum to be done to make it livable? Should air con for master bedroom be done before reno, during, or after? From what I've gathered here from some sites here is the basic required: Supply and install false ceiling for kitchen entrance and bedrooms passage. Fabricate and install 20ft kitchen cabinet in laminated finishing. Supply and install stainless steel dish tray for kitchen cabinet. Supply and install 10ft post form table top. Supply and install inlet stainless steel piping for kitchen washing machine. Supply and re-locate PVC outlet piping for kitchen and washing machine. Supply labor to install kitchen sink and sink tap. supply labour to install toilet accessories at master toilet supply labour to install toilet accessories at common toilet supply labour to install heater Supply and painting whole house ceiling, wall and all PVC and gate. supply & construct fridge base with tile finish supply & construct washing machine base with tile finish supply & construct cabinet base with tile skirting supply & construct shower kerb at master toilet supply & install sliding windows & grills supply & install false ceiling at dining supply & install false ceiling at passage way supply & install false ceiling at foyer Chemical wash after all renovation work. supply & protect existing flooring Perspective drawing. Material and color proposal and selection. Site co-ordination and supervision.
