Rate is not bad but they won't reveal who their contractors are until you confirm with a downpayment. So, it's pretty risky if the contractor they recommend sucks. So, I'm looking for a responsible and of course, reasonable priced timber flooring specialist to do my house. Anyone has good recommendation? Thanks in advance.
