How To Remove White Marks On Black Kitchen Flooring

Recommended Posts

I have this really irritating problem.

White spots/marks keep re-appearing on my black slate kitchen flooring. It usually looks ok after mopping/when wet, but when it dries up, the white spots keep re-appearing.

Any advise on how to solve this problem?

You can try touch up using black paint marker and apply a layer of thin lacquer over it.

Hi emale, which solution did you choose? I've a similar problem, which i suspect my contractor didn't do a good clean up job. If the methods work for you, i would like to try too. Pls share. Tks.
