Advice Needed: Should My Contractor Wash Up The Bathroom After Tiling Before Installing The Bathroom Accessories?

Should wash up the place first then install the mirrors, toilet paper holder, etc. or they will install everything, then wash up?

Appreciate some advice pls.

My contractor us going to install all the accessories before doing the washing. Is this a common practice? I worry my toilet accessories will be damaged after soaking in the water and chemicals. Am I right to think so? Tks.
