Need Advice On Bricks Walls In The Living Room- Wall Paper? Wall Partition Or Stucco Effect

Recommended Posts

Hey guys!

I'm a new home owner and in the midst of doing up my place.

I've been bitten by the " raw / industrial" look and feel and basically my floor has no tiles and is just in raw cement

I love to have a "brick wall" effect without have the cost of doing up an actual brick wall ( involves knocking down the wall and re-doing it etc)

That would be too ex, so ive read up recently that there are various ways of achieving this effect - wall paper? Wall tiling? Wall partitioning or even stucco or faux method.

Would anyone be able to share/provide advice or experience if doing any of the above.

- pros and cons

-cost

- life span of such methods used

- recommendations of who to use etc?

Would really appreciate it !

Thanks in advance

Leon
