Hi,

I need contractor to help me to renovate my 3 rm flat, main items include:

- Overlay and laminate of existing living room and bedrooms floor

- Electrical re-wiring (about 10 power points and 8 light points)

- Painting (whole house)

- Redo water piping

- Hacking and removal of existing kitchen cabinet and some old furniture

My budget is around $10-20k.
