I am getting my keys in early Mar for a 5I Resale Flat.

The works I intend to do are:

1) Making a custom shoe cabinet

2) Making partition between front door and living room

3) Making a custom TV shelf

4) Making a custom display shelf

5) Removal of existing cornice and doing of new Cove Lighting and L-Box

6) Removal of existing false wall in Master Bedroom and doing of new false wall

7) Hacking and re-doing of both Common and Master Bedroom toilet

8) Hacking and re-doing of Kitchen (Wall tiles, floor tiles, carpentry for kitchen cabinet)

9) Painting of whole house
