Renovating Old 3-Room Hdb Flat

Hi,

Can any kind soul shed some light on how much would the following requirements cost (inclusive of installation, GST, & everything else)?

1) Classic bedroom door for 1 bedroom and 1 master bedroom.

2) Sealing of air vents on wall above bedroom doors (old HDB type).

3) Sliding aluminium windows for both living room and bedroom, facing corridor.

4) Casement aluminium windows for master bedroom.

5) Wallpaper removal services, for 2x ceiling and 1x side of wall.

6) Painting services for whole house as well as single room.

I have done some research but yet to find a suitable and low cost solution to repair and renovate my parent's old 3-room flat. Would really appreciate if anyone has a good quote or construction guys willing to take up the job.
