Hi rachel,

It is impossible for us to comment unless we know what the quotation is for.

If you are just painting the 2 toilets and the kitchen, its definitely too much.

If you are making a full revamp of these areas, depending on what you are requesting for, it could be possible to get such a high quote.

It is best to give more information so we can try to estimate the cost of work before replying your question.
