Help_the ID company we signed not registered under HDB..

Hi all,

The thing is after we signed the contract with the ID company, we realized that they did not show us any proof whether they had registered under HDB. Then we searched, and unfortunately they are not on HDB's list.

 

Can anyone suggested us what to do at this stage? Is there any legal cooling-off period for such contracts? (In the contract, it mentioned something like 'cancellation requires 30% penalty fees'...sigh...)
