Hi.. Happened to see your post asking abt KC. We engaged them for our resale flat 2 yrs ago, can share my exp for your reference.

We got them to do redo our 2 toilets and kitchen, changing the tiles, sanitary items and kitchen cabinets. Those were the few areas we were quite uncomfortable w taking over from the prev owner. 

The whole reno process went quite smoothly and they managed to handover well before the dateline as I had quite abit of time to move in. One area we find very commendable abt them is that, they were very patient during discussions and provided alot of great advice on how we could design our place and still work within our budget. Nevertheless, there were some minor hiccups but they were very responsive and were there to sort out the issues for us.

Regarding workmanship, I would say that they met our expectations and already 2 years down, our cabinets still works good as new. And I am very glad I opted for the quartz top recommended by them. We were thinking to go for solid surface, considering it is lower in cost. However, they advised that quartz has better stain and scratch resistance, which true enough, our kitchen top is still in perfect condition today.

Overall, my exp with KC Carpenter was definitely a good one. Have already recommended several of my friends to them, and they also had the same good exp.

(P.S. Dont mind my kitchen abit cluttered )

I saw their post in FB and thought I will check them up before asking for a quote too. So far, I found this blog post about them thru Google.
