Built In oven recommendation needed

I am comparing some built in oven in the market.  My short listed brand is Rinnai

I would like to know between this 3 models and the function.

1) RO-E6208TA-EM

2) RO-E6206XA-EM

3) RBO-7MSO

I hope someone can enlighten me with some information on the difference between 3D hot air and top, bottom , fan function. Are they the same ?

My friend told me that item (3) is made in Italy , but what about item 1 & 2 ?

I am not sure what are the review on Rinnai Oven . I am using it to bake cake and cookies most of the time , so i am not sure if i need to get so many functions ?
