Contractor providing in house installment.

Recently, I brought a re-sale 3 rooms flats. after paying for the house I have not much cash left for the renovation.  and i couldn't take up bank loan due to past record. My friend pass me a contact of a contractor which she used before for her flats too. 

After met up with the contractor and his is willing to let me pay the 50% of the contactor by monthly installment. The whole renovation took about 2months. Workmanship and materials is good as he told me that he is doing installment for home owner so he need to ensure that workmanship and materials is good.

Highly recommended for those who facing the same problem as me.
