All custom orders take 6 - 8 weeks to complete

• You will receive a confirmation invoice of your custom order separate from your original invoice, stating the start of production from your item within 2 working days.

• All materials and custom configuration will not be changeable once payment is made, please check your order thorougly.

• A fee of $200 will be charged for if you are to amend your order after payment is made.

• All custom items are vaild for return & exchange 7 days upon delivery.

• Exchange - Items must be in sellable condition upon managements approval, once approved a credit note based on your purchase amount will be issued. If item is unsellable your request for exchange will be rejected.

• For modern classic as they are only replicas and not the original piece, warranty is only valid for 1 month upon delivery, damaged items will be assessed by management, once approved item can be replaced or be issued a credit note. Warranty does not cover torn materials/fabrics/leather or scratches to surfaces/wood/metal/plastics (please check your item thoroughly upon delivery before you sign the the delivery slip)
