3 room AMK floor plan

Hiya! Just wanted to share my journey in renovating my new place in this informative forum. I have learned so much from the forum members and therefore felt that I should also contribute what I have or will be discovering during the renovation process.

We begin looking for a place around end of July 2014 with our agent and had viewed over 25-30 flats in 2 weeks. Location included Tampines, Bedok, Serangoon, Toa Payoh & AMK. We were lucky that our agent drives a car. Finally one unit caught our eyes and so we put in our offer and OTP signed end of Aug. Went for our 1st appt in Sept and now just awaiting for the keys in Nov 2014. The whole process has been fairly straight forward except for minor delay in securing the 1st appt with HDB.
