Bad fire in the Carpark today. A blue toyota altis burnt quite badly. Whole ceiling blackened. Luckily did not cause any injury and damages to anything else.

I think they are still setting up. Not completed yet.

I have been to a couple new houses and they are there too. I think over the years keep painting over may cover gradually.

my window boxed-up areas don't have the cracks...but from what i know, almost all reconstructed walls will have cracks at the location where it joins the original walls. I guess basically is because of different expansion properties under temperature change.

haha...if you pump caltex, go to the one at clementi, pump petrol minimum $40 then can wash car at $3. Cheapest I found.

haha...yes...mio was super problematic when they first started out as they had no proper support. They improved over time and should be rather stable now. The only troublesome part that may happen now is the installation. If installation works fine, most likely you are good to go from there. And don't let the installer go till you are sure things can be rectified.

TYM, mio should not need anything additional other than the modem..the wires are via telephones lines..at most need a boost in signal..

i am on that plan now. For mobile broadband, only use in the day...after evening time, it's almost practically crap. Same goes for starhub 7.2mbps prepaid. M1 i think heard from my friend intermittent too...

Thum sounds nice~ keke.. Haiz...I also did not like Sheng Siong using a long stretch of the road to park their unloading lorries. Turning in and out of carpark is rather hazardous. We all all patrons of our Sheng Siong, but I do think they should have much better logistics. The unloading bay is not for them to place their goods and park their lorries all over the place. One more thing, are we guys going to wash cars together some time soon? I thought that's a nice time to chat and bond. But I know some of us are lazy lahz..kekeke..
