Hi Pongy, I use all these that you mentioned and everything is working fine for me. Water pressure is sufficient and the temperature is good. Only setback, where I think Zirhk is experiencing too, is that citygas heater heats the water when you turn on the hot water tap. This means those water that are already in the pipe between the heater and the tap would not be heated up. This results in a lag time for the hot water to come. Other than that, the heater provides sufficient hot water for 2 individual showers at 1 time, at least for my house. I am quite happy to have installed the citygas. Dryer wise, works fine, simple to use too. Take note that the dryer comes with a rack that allows you to place it above your washing machine. This rack is self standing, need not drill any holes to any wall. I am quite angry with the sales who sold it to me cause they did not inform me of this, end up I catered space for my dryer and washing machine to be separate in my kitchen. Waste of space in my situation. So, don't follow in my footsteps. On a side note, as the rack cannot be used in my case, I got an extra rack for the dryer. Anyone who wants it can buy from me. SP services told me they sell it for 120 if sold separately. I am willing to part it at 50 bucks. hehe.... Hope this helps..if you need to know more, feel free to contact me. -

Hmm....they come...I think most of us won't care...at most take a few looks...but need not cordon off passageway with tape, need not get a carpark lady to guard/ block multiple season parking slots the night before. Cleaning up, I don't mind cause at least it's our block that is cleaner, even for a day or 2, it's still to our benefit...but only wished it's done more frequently. The parking part, should let them park as per everyone. Honestly, the carpark is huge, there are alot of parking spaces, won't run out anytime soon I think. no need to get someone to stand guard over a few chosen lots... Cordoning off passageway is even more crappy...might as well put red carpet, gold path? haha...they are also humans...need to have special path mehz? and it really does inconvenient so many residents since the day before... -

Admit it...your gear gonna increase..haha...I know....and I think 1 unit consumes less than 2 separate ones..I also don't think they consume on the high side..but definitely noticeable as it's on 24/7.. My classmate who's gonna move in 7 storeys directly above me end of this month also the same hobby as us! hehe...he is an "Alpha-ist" -

Good deal for you guys since starting to get a better replacement. I spent the extra money for my toilet bowls. But after 2 days of usage, really glad with its performance too! hehe...even big business can be flushed away with a half flush...a good water saving recommendation by PUB indeed. -

huh? oh...I only installed shower screen for the MBR toilet. The common toilet is too small to fix up in my opinion. I made do with a curtain for the common toilet. -

Haha...seriously, I almost got the black one as it won't show years of usage years later, example yellow water stains...also, most importantly, it needs to match your toilet. Some people like black toilets... Spraying needs alot of skill lehz..haha..and it may peel when you get up from your toilet bowl after a few years! Come to think of it...they never tell me whether my unit is connected the way you mentioned anotz. They asked me, and I presumed new flats are connected cause I see the box at the wall....maybe need to get them down to do it...do they charge for that? -

oh...ok...but I thought we already have the scv plug at the wall? Need to do anything one mehz? I called them to ask how to shift the service from my current address to tanglin halt, they say just need to bring the modem over and connect then inform them to shift the service on their side then can liaoz. Ok...Most toilet bowls that we see are seperated into 2 piece. that is the flushing system and the sitting module. There are quite a number of 1-piece toilet bowls around too. They are, in my general market survey, slightly more expensive. But to some people, it looks nicer. I tried googling and managed to find 1 sample photo of my Baron toilet bowls! hehe...see below to understand what I mean by 1-piece, you see no segregation between the flushing block and the sittng block. It comes in 3 colours I think. white, biege and black. But black is expensive as it costs $320. Hope this helps! -

activate scv means must have cable subscription ahz? I just got starhub subscription services. Does that mean I can have everything in good reception? oh..i didn't specifically take a photo of it...maybe I go take tomorrow during lunch and upload the picture for you guys. It's a simple 1 piece design. Not that 2 piece kind. -

Hi Nieghbours~ Just providing what I know. After knowing that the toilet bowls are inherently poor-designed from you guys, I decided to change the toilet bowl along with overlaying the tiles for the toilet floor. I bought this brand called BARON. It's a one piece and the design in my opinion is simple and nice. Price for white and lighter coloured is S$250 and black is S$320. As mine is done together with the renovation of my house, i was not charged (separately?) by my Interior Designer. Baron, though a malaysia brand, is certified 3 ticks by PUB for water efficiency. Full flush is 4 litres and half flush is 2.5 litres. As for actual useability, let me try it a few times before commenting on it. Anyway, in the picture, from what i see, the connector is actually a upsizer/downsizer to fit various sizes of toilet bowl to the pipe that hdb installed in the flat. The item can be bought at around 5-8 bucks. Hope this helps!
