Hi, Sorry for the late reply. Yes, It's at the above address. They do sell kitchen sink as well. Some updates: Tiling all done. It seems very nice (but not able to take pics cos most of them are covered by cardboard.) Currently doing the electrical & painting works.

Total damages : $2000. This is what we had spent this evening at Summer (WC, basin, taps, water heaters, hob & hood). (Remarks: Will be using the previous owner granite sink as it still looks new, thus had saved over $300++ )

Had gone up to my new place earlier. The wall tiles for the common toilet is done, and it looks very nice. From afar (didn't gone in my MBR cos was stopped by the tiling guys as they had just laid the tiles to the MBR), the wall tiles for the MBR toilet seems to be done as well. Now currently doing the tiling for the rest of the kitchen (wall tiles) and the tiling for the rooms and living room (floor)... However, when I was there, the sub-contractor also point out some of the defects to us (such as the common toilet where they previously actually change the original location to another location, and result in some choking, and the poor workmanship of the HDB renovation 20 over years ago ) Will most likely go up and take some pics the next few days...

Found some time to search for the "mosaic tile picture" which we selected for the common toilet. It's actually the Monokuro Boo mosaic tile (hehe, did not really know their name until I do a search)... Will be having a single tile of the Monokuro Boo on top of the WC, and also will have the Monokuro Boo mosaic tiles border all around.

Had gone up to my new home this afternoon to look at the renovations. Was surprised to see 1 guy still working at my place (it's around 4.40pm when I went up). Nothing much to see really except there's lots of sand, cement, ... They had also done up the walls for my storeroom... Anyway, here's some pictures I had taken of my place this afternoon. Common Toilet The first one on the left is the floor tile, while the 2nd & 3rd one is the wall tiles. The black and white tiles are glossy, with the black one looking like this (Tile code: 45160 Got some mosaic tiles for this toilet, but they did not give me the samples... Kitchen The dark colour (brown) is the floor tile, while the beige one is our wall tile for the kitchen. As we later feel that it's too dull, we actually went another time yesterday to add the black wall tile (there will be 2 rows in between the white tiles in the centre)... Didn't take the sample tiles for the living room, bedrooms, balcony etc, cos it's actually decided on to do last minute last week. Hope the tiling turns out nice...

I also receive an invoice way before the first appt too. Similarly, we are not going to give her any comm until after the 2nd appt... and will most likely delay too coz we are not satisfied with the services provided...

I'm not sure about this cos the buyer is from China (not sure if they believe in this cos I know some of them don't really care about this). Anyway, could you kindly advise of how we should go about with the moving of furnitures in the 7th month (in case the negotiations failed), and the dates we should be selecting for the 7th month. In addition, pls also advise what we will need to do (procedures) for the 2nd move-in date. For the compass direction, where should we be measuring from? The main door or main window? Do advise. Do see below for the floor plan. Thanks

Ya, we had gone for the 1st appt early this week.. We are not able to do it after the 7th month. We had to complete the transaction by the 8th week from the 1st appt ... Thus, even if we drag until the 8th week, latest to complete is still in the 7th month... Thus, we actually requested for a date in early Aug, so that we can start work before the 7th month... (hopefully if the agent do not screw all our plans up again...) Ya, had gone to your blog to read your situation... Haiz, mine also quite bad. Thinking abt it makes me feel so sad and ...

Hi Mr Chong, We will be doing our renovation at end July (before the 7th month). We will like to check if we can move any of our existing furnitures in the new flat in the 7th month (to be locked in one of the rooms first) as my 2nd appt is in the 7th month, and we are scared that our buyer will not want to extend our stay till after the 7th month, and have to move everything away before then. Please advise soon. In addition, when will be a good date to move in our new house (preferably after mid Sept)? Thanks very much for your help.

yes, it's the same for me. he actually hit the hob very hard, plus also place a hot pan on the hob and there's simply no mark.... I was like "wow" but i didn't buy it cos still have to bring my hb there to c first... anyway, they also mentioned that every year, the bellari ppl will come and visit u to clean their bellari pdts. is it true? anyway, which glass hob and hood you got from them?

Noted with thanks. Just wondering, mine is a 5I hdb (121sq ft). If I'm re-doing up both toilets & kitchen, plus rebuilding the storeroom (hacking of 2 wardrobes + rebuild 2 walls plus the door) & doing a 6ft wardrobe in the MBR, please advise roughly how much will this cost us. We have quite a tight budget....
